
Booking and Customer Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist with reviewing completed projects, booking new assignments, liaising with customers, and addressing onsite occupational health and safety hazards or incidents.
The ideal candidate will have experience in building, construction, or logistics industries, as well as 1-2 years of customer service experience. Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are also essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review completed jobs and book new assignments
- Liaise with customers for bookings and provide exceptional customer service
- Act as the first point of contact for all onsite occupational health and safety hazards or incidents affecting staff or jobs
- Highlight issues on completed jobs and ensure timely resolution
- Update field supervisors and rostering teams regarding employee feedback on jobs
- Provide resolutions with field supervisors for onsite queries
- Alert internal teams regarding any occupational health concerns raised at the site by staff or customers
Requirements:
- Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit/visa
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and related business communication tools
- National police clearance
