Key Retail Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven retail leader to manage our store operations. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a customer-centric culture, creating memorable experiences through every interaction
  • Empower and engage the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration
  • Work with leadership to build a strategic and profitable store
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business performance indicators
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing teams of up to 5-10 team members in a fast-paced store environment
  • A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for visual merchandising and styling
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and inventory management
