Lead Retail Team

The role of a Store Manager is to direct a passionate team in our store. This involves coaching and developing the team, growing local connections, and driving brand growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coach and build a high-performing team that embodies company values and educates the community on our product.
  • Foster a culture focused on continuous improvement, with on-the-floor mentoring and coaching as part of daily activities.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team, facilitate trainings and team meetings.
  • Coach your team on setting career and personal goals.
  • Create a local community for your store, develop a plan to engage and drive customer interactions into your space.
  • Utilize creative skills to design and facilitate in-store events to provide customers an opportunity to connect with us and enhance their brand experience.
  • Owning your business through managing and measuring store performance based on key metrics.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reflections on business performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Plan floor coverage and make decisions to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of floor operations.
