About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to lead our store team and oversee daily operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting and developing your team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and working closely with Store Managers to achieve success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily store operations, including managing stock levels, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure outstanding service to customers and drive sales growth.
  • Livestore values, creating moments that matter for customers by providing a positive and engaging shopping experience.
  • Safety leaders, providing the safest work environment for all team members and customers.
  • Set a positive example, often having opening and closing responsibilities and leading by example.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for the next step.
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideal mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and experience.
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license.
  • The physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
  • Prioritise safety and maintain a safe working environment.
