Dedicated Cash Collections Specialist

As a Cash Collection Officer, you will be responsible for conducting collections from pay machines and stations across Melbourne. You will have the opportunity to work independently, using your excellent driving skills and cash-handling experience to manage coins and notes.
The role involves manual processing of coins, minor machine repairs, and interacting with customers throughout the day. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting collections from pay machines and stations
- Performing minor machine repairs
- Loading and unloading coins/notes boxes
- Manual processing of coins
- Cash handling and management of keys and passes for all car parks
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a current full driver's licence, ability to drive a light commercial van, and experience in cash handling and following guidelines. Excellent geographical knowledge of Melbourne and surrounds is also essential.
You will be well-spoken with clear communication skills and able to relate to people from all backgrounds. A manual Licence is desirable but not essential.
