Business Transformation Specialist

This is a pivotal position that necessitates collaboration with senior leaders across multiple regions and the national HR team to drive business outcomes through effective people solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR business partnering experience, particularly in talent management, change management, and employment relations. They will be able to develop and implement our strategic workforce plans across diverse teams, driving transformation and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
We are seeking an individual who is highly influential, strategic, and operationally focused, with excellent analytical and commercial skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively as part of virtual teams is essential.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, a systems perspective, and the ability to see how separate elements fit together within HR and across the wider organization.
