We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at the Royal Automobile Association. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions.
- Be the first point of contact for our members and potential customers.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- A great attitude and a history of providing high-quality customer service.
- A demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets.
- Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of computer skills and knowledge.
