Job Title: Technical Specialist for Oracle Applications

Overview of the Position:

This role involves providing technical expertise and support for the enhancement, maintenance, and development of Oracle Applications in the areas of Human Resources and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop solutions accordingly.
  • Build, test, and deploy technical components adhering to System Development Life Cycle and Agile Framework.
  • Prepare technical documentation and other relevant project documents.
  • Develop data and business models relevant to the assignment.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to peers to manage operational issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Oracle development tools.
  • High-level understanding of Oracle Applications Development Standards and Methodologies.
  • Experience with Fast Formula in the HR and Payroll space.
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Application modules such as HR, Payroll, Self Service Human Resources, and Oracle Time and Labour.
