Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leadership and people management, preferably in a contact centre or insurance environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships
- Able to provide constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive manner
- Strong planning and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
