Key Responsibilities
  • Report to the Estimating Manager and provide accurate forecasts for tender submissions.
  • Assist in sales budget development and ensure bids are competitive and align with company revenue goals.
  • Analyse market data, historical trends, and competitor activities to predict future sales volumes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Sales, to optimise pricing strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years in a similar role with strong knowledge of residential construction required.
  • Qualification in a relevant Building and Construction course is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements.
  • Proficient in DataBuild and MS Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management abilities are essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
