Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Platform Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our OneStream platform.

  • Configuration and maintenance of user access, security roles, and system parameters are critical aspects of this position.
  • The successful candidate will support financial consolidation processes and provide technical expertise to the finance department.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to develop and enhance planning functionality as the system evolves is also expected.
  • Performance monitoring, integration management, and ensuring the reliability and availability of the platform are top priorities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical and process issues in a timely manner is essential.
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, controls, and system configurations.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements while minimizing disruptions to business operations.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Extensive knowledge of financial consolidation processes, with hands-on experience in EPM administration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting is desirable.
  • A strong background in accounting, finance, and financial systems is required.
  • Proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
