Job Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the administration of ServiceNow, our core platform, and drive the enhancement of our internal service management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative tools, processes, and strategies to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional user experience across the organisation.

As a leader in service management, you will work with a team of professionals, guiding the continuous improvement of our service delivery.

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can drive change and improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, automation, and platform design principles.
  • Develop, promote, and deliver ICT service management, ensuring value for business, stakeholders, and the broader community.
  • Lead a team of service management professionals in enhancing and continuously improving our internal service management systems.
Requirements
  • Core leadership behaviours outlined in Leadership Expectations are applicable to this role and should be demonstrated in the context of Personal Leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of current and emerging trends in ICT service management.
  • Experience in developing and promoting ICT service management.
