Marketing Innovation Lead Role

We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our team as Marketing Innovation Lead. This exciting role involves leading the charge in identifying emerging consumer needs and turning them into innovative, market-ready products.

  • Identify and analyze food trends, consumer behaviors, and market gaps to inform innovation strategy.
  • Develop and execute a product innovation roadmap aligned with business goals and sustainability commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Marketing) to bring new products to life.
  • Lead and manage multiple innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support innovation and product development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
  • 5+ years' experience in food product development or innovation.
  • Proven track record of launching successful food products.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Passion for food trends, sustainability, and consumer-driven innovation.
