Effective Communication and Community Engagement Specialist

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop, implement, and evaluate effective communication and engagement strategies for diverse communities and key stakeholders in asset planning.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience and strong skills in managing communication and engagement requirements for projects, including collaboration with external agencies. They will be able to create tailored communication tools and materials for different audiences, such as web content, flyers, newsletters, videos, and social media content.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating effective communication and engagement strategies for diverse communities and key stakeholders in asset planning.
  • Assisting in managing communication and engagement requirements for projects, including collaboration with external agencies.
  • Creating tailored communication tools and materials for different audiences.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of community and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborating with community engagement managers to report on community and stakeholder interests.

Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience
- Gov experience preferred but not necessary
