Plant Operations Manager Role

Our company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operation of water treatment facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing reliability strategies, ensuring plant operations meet safety and environmental standards.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing maintenance plans to minimize downtime.\
  • Managing a team of engineers to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize plant performance.\

  • Providing coaching and mentoring to develop skills and knowledge within the team.\
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to plant operations and maintaining a safe working environment.\
  • Monitoring and analyzing plant performance data to inform decision-making.\
  • Implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on plant performance.\
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise.\
