**The Role**

Our Carer Companions are dedicated to providing person-centred care, supporting new residents and their families with the transition into an aged care setting. This involves coordinating admissions, responding to queries and concerns from residents and family members, and advising on additional services available.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with resident admissions and orientation
  • Respond to queries and concerns from residents and family members
  • Advise on additional services available
  • Complete meal service with new residents as part of settling in process

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability
  • Passion for delivering world-class care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards
