As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care that promotes the dignity and well-being of our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Providing quality care and support to residents in accordance with our organisational values.
- Liaising with clients, families, and medical professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Initiating and participating in innovative projects to build a supportive environment.
What Qualifications Do You Need?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt.
