Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and influential Senior HR Business Partner to partner with key stakeholders across the organisation, providing expert HR advice, driving key initiatives and supporting the development of our people.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business partnering, particularly at a senior level within large, complex environments. They will bring experience from logistics or heavy industries, where they have successfully driven HR initiatives to improve business outcomes and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Provide expert HR advice to senior management, aligning HR solutions with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives in talent management, employee development, engagement, organisational design, and coaching.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership teams to foster a high-performance culture, ensuring optimal implementation of HR solutions to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles, focusing on performance management, talent management, and driving organisational change.
  • Deep knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
Benefits

This is a 12-month max-term contract position (Parental leave replacement) for a highly experienced and influential Senior HR Business Partner. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to provide expert HR advice, drive key initiatives and support the development of our people, across support services.

You will be required to meet our employment criteria which will include but not be limited to a criminal history check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
