Job Title: Commercial Leadership Role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive estates planning in relation to revenue generation and sustainability.

The successful candidate will lead, support, and implement commercial services including venues, parking, and accommodation. They will have particular responsibility for corporate and client services with significant accountability for increasing revenue, minimising costs, and maximising customer service.

This is a senior leadership role within the Campus Environment Division and the wider University. The Director will exercise strategic judgement and decision-making providing high-level advice to the University Executive on estate planning.

The position requires a deep understanding of data analysis and estates management with the ability to inform forward-looking strategies on utilisation, sustainability, and infrastructure performance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading diverse teams through change fostering collaboration and building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation.
