Senior Donations & Database Coordinator Job

We are seeking a Senior Donations & Database Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring high standards of donor care and contributes critical data insights and reporting to support marketing and fundraising initiatives.

This position has a particular focus on overseeing the management and processing of single-giving donations, including sorting, coding, importing, banking, receipting, gift adjustments, and secure mail coordination.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, experience in database management, and a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for donation-processing issues, supporter escalations, and team support.
  • Oversee the end-to-end donation handling process, including routine performance checks.
  • Deliver high-quality supporter care via phone and email, handling correspondence, enquiries, and complaints.

Apart from working with donors and supporters, you will also contribute to CRM data integrity, maintaining and managing Raiser's Edge (and transitioning to Dynamics) in order to ensure accurate and reliable information is available when needed.
