The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Donations & Database Coordinator to join our team in New South Wales, Australia. This position plays a key part in managing supporter databases and donation processing functions, ensuring high standards of donor care and providing critical data insights and reporting.

This role oversees the management and processing of single-giving donations, including daily coordination and supervision of teams and office operations. The Senior Coordinator will also provide backup coverage for donation calls and public email inboxes when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the senior point of contact for donation-processing issues, supporter escalations, and team support.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end donation handling process, including sorting, coding, importing, banking, receipting, gift adjustments, and secure mail coordination.
  3. Deliver high-quality supporter care via phone and email, handling correspondence, enquiries, and complaints.
  4. Maintain and manage CRM data integrity (currently Raiser's Edge, transitioning to Dynamics), including routine performance checks.
  5. Reconcile single-giving income coming into the Foundation.
