Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Specialist to join our team in Australia. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and soliciting donations from high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing relationships with donors and prospects, and a proven track record of generating significant revenue through fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategy for cultivating and soliciting donations from high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and foundations.
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-to-high net-worth individual donors and corporate partners to generate new revenue and build a pipeline for future growth.
  • Partner with the Development Director to implement a mid-level giving strategy focused on engaging and upgrading donors of $1,000+.
  • Deepen commitment of donors and prospects to the organisation by developing long-term cultivation and stewardship strategies that leverage the expertise of key staff and leadership.
