Job Opportunity

The Senior Donations Coordinator is a critical role in managing the supporter database and donation processing functions.

This position ensures high standards of donor care, contributes critical data insights, and supports marketing and fundraising initiatives.

The focus of this role is on overseeing single-giving donations, including daily coordination and supervision, timely and accurate processing, reconciliation, and supporter follow-up.

The Senior Coordinator serves as the primary escalation point for complex supporter enquiries and complaints, providing backup coverage for donation calls and public email inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide senior support for donation-processing issues and team assistance.
  2. Oversee the end-to-end donation handling process, including sorting, coding, importing, banking, receipting, gift adjustments, and secure mail coordination.
  3. Deliver exceptional supporter care via phone and email, handling correspondence, enquiries, and complaints.
  4. Maintain and manage CRM data integrity, including routine performance checks.
