We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Strategist to join our team.
The primary objective of this role is to sell BOC products to allocated customer markets, generating revenue and closing sales.
This includes managing critical customers, responsible for planning, profit, and contract management.
- Manage key relationships with high-value customers to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Increase portfolio profitability through effective pricing strategies, zone density, and profitable product substitution; drive commercialization of new business wins.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities to increase sales and volume density.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends.
- Experience in preparing strategic customer action plans and implementing sales strategies.
- Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and CRM software is desirable.
- Strong understanding of price management, margin growth, and business acumen.
- Excellent presentation, business development, and influencing skills.
- Passion for ongoing development and technical expertise enhancement.
