About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at the Darwin Ship Lift facility. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of our quality management system, monitoring supplier and subcontractor quality, and promoting awareness of quality standards throughout the project.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Quality Management Plan.
  • Ensure the quality management system is established, implemented, and maintained.
  • Promote awareness of referenced quality standards throughout the project.
  • Report, communicate, action, and close out non-conformances and defects that arise.
  • Monitor NCR's, test results trends, and other sources of deficiencies and investigate and initiate corrective and preventive actions.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need 10 years' relevant industry experience in a similar position, along with strong technical skills and ability to review and interpret technical requirements in contracts. A lead auditor certificate and relevant degree, diploma, or trade qualification are also highly desirable.
