Job Summary



This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager - Retail Excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in your department. You will lead by example, communicate management expectations, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service.



About the Role




  • Your day may involve supporting the Store Manager, achieving sales growth, building your department team, leading by example, communicating management expectations, high volume stock management, merchandising, launching catalogue campaigns, assisting in recruitment and training, and conducting high volume stocktakes.
  • You will need to have retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or big-box setting. An owner's mindset, a passionate attitude, and strong communication skills are also essential.
