Leadership Position: Out of Hospital Care Operations Manager Job Description and Responsibilities

This leadership role is accountable for overseeing the management of community health services across the region, focusing on maintaining optimal site operations and facilitating effective administrative processes. The successful candidate will provide strategic oversight of transportation services, engineering asset management, and healthcare interpreter service.

  • Maintaining community health sites to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of administrative staff processes, including collaboration with OHC managers to achieve business goals.
  • Transportation services for health and courier needs.
  • Effective monitoring of Engineering Asset Management services to deliver quality site maintenance.
  • Providing access to Health Care Interpreter Service for clients.
  • Liaising with contract managers to secure high-quality cleaning, maintenance services, and suppliers.
  • Managing ICSMH fleet to optimize resources and minimize costs.
  • Developing and implementing Work Health and Safety initiatives to mitigate risks and improve overall safety culture.
  • Coordinating disaster and business continuity planning to ensure minimal disruption to services.
  • Supporting Service Managers in adhering to ISLHD Procurement Guidelines.
