As a key member of our team, we are seeking an Operations & Facilities Administrator to support the maintenance of systems and records.
Responsibilities:- Ensure facilities and contractor compliance by maintaining accurate records in Urbanise and entering details in LinkSafe and ERP systems.
- Deliver safe, well-managed environments for events and racing days by assisting with the coordination of operational procedures.
- Champion safety and compliance practices across plant, equipment, and operational activities.
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is highly valued.
- A valid Victorian Driver's Licence is required.
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or coordination role within facilities, operations, property services, or venue management is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of administrative systems including purchase orders, records management, and basic financial processes is necessary.
- Understanding of venue operations, maintenance scheduling, and facilities administration is crucial.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is required.
- Familiarity with operational systems such as Urbanise, LinkSafe, Integrity, and enterprise systems like E5 and ERPs is desirable.
