Job Role:

Account Leadership Position

  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor dynamics.
  • Establish effective sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure contract negotiations and supply agreements are managed efficiently.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and product development teams to drive business growth.
  • Provide senior management with insights on market direction and future business needs.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical trade background.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience in sales, contract management, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of foundry & fabrication manufacturing processes and costing systems.
  • Marketing techniques and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Sales Force, and business report production.
