Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and providing information about our parks and wildlife.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for visitors, including providing guidance and support as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and activities that promote conservation and wildlife protection.
- Assist with the maintenance of our parks and facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements- High level of experience in customer service, with a proven ability to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of visitors.
- Previous experience in visitor engagement, sales, and service duties within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide high-quality service, information, and guidance to visitors, including non-English speaking visitors.
- Experience in system use, point of sale, ticketing systems, and cash handling, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proven ability to follow directions, de-escalate and resolve conflict, and multi-task and prioritize in a diverse environment.
- Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills.
