Job Overview

The Oracle CC&B Technical Consultant/Lead will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) and Meter Data Management (MDM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CC&B and MDM functional areas, including customer service, billing, payments, meter read and management, credit and collections, case management, and new connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to clients and internal teams on CC&B and MDM functional areas.
  • Solution Design: Develop and implement solution designs, configuration, and testing of CC&B and MDM modules.
  • Config Tool Skills: Utilize Config tool skills, including BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones, and Portals using Java/Groovy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of CC&B and MDM solutions.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Desirable Skills:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience leading CC&B/MDM Technical Teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional issues and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B and MDM functional areas.
  • Knowledge: Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, and new connections.
  • Skills: Experience in Config tool skills, including BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones, and Portals using Java/Groovy.
  • Additional Knowledge: Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms, and plug-in points.
