Technical Consultant/Lead

As a seasoned technical consultant/lead, you will be responsible for providing expertise in the implementation and support of Oracle CC&B and MDM solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on Oracle CC&B and MDM functional areas, including customer service, billing, OUAF framework, integration with MDM, meter data management, and OUAF framework, integration with CC&B.
  • Designing and implementing solutions for customers using Oracle CC&B and MDM, ensuring high-quality results and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Leading a team of technical consultants and providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B and MDM functional areas, including customer service, billing, OUAF framework, integration with MDM, meter data management, and OUAF framework, integration with CC&B.
  • Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in/move-out, new connections, etc.
  • Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals using Java/Groovy.
  • Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms, and plug-in points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, technical teams, and end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address functional issues and provide effective solutions.
