We are seeking an accomplished Executive Sales Director to spearhead our used vehicle sales team in Tweed Heads, NSW. As a key member of James Frizelle`s Automotive Group, you will drive sales growth, foster a high-performing team culture, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful multi-franchise dealership with a strong presence in South West Sydney, Sydney's North Shore, Regional NSW, Northern NSW, and South East Queensland, as well as Victoria. Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and achieve short- and long-term sales and gross profit objectives for the department and individual sales team members.
  • Maintain a focus on effective stock management, adhering to group policies to maximize ROI.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to sales team members.
  • Foster a superior customer experience by setting clear standards and expectations.
  • Analyze business data and performance metrics to optimize used vehicle performance and identify profit opportunities.

  • Prior knowledge of motor dealership systems, such as Pentana and Dealer Socket, would be advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Sound knowledge of internet selling skills to maximize online opportunities.
