Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Tweed Heads. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve outstanding results.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and implementing sales strategies to meet departmental and individual targets
  • Mentoring and coaching sales team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Overseeing the operational management of the sales team, including stock management and data analysis
  • Fostering a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork
