Project Superintendent Vacancy

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to join our team on the Snowy 2.0 project in NSW. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for planning, organising, leading and controlling site operations to ensure compliance with the construction programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of project materials, equipment and services
  • Interpreting design documentation and information
  • Performing technical administration of contracts related to Equipment or Plant
  • Controlling all company-owned or leased equipment on the project
  • Maintaining knowledge of federal, state and local compliance issues
  • Enforcing site safety at all times

Requirements:

  • A trade or qualification in Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering
  • A valid White Card
  • At least 10-15 years of experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable projects

Core Competencies:

  • The ability to supervise team members and maintain project safety standards
  • Demonstrated positive attitude and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound knowledge of civil construction materials/services and WHS standards
