Construction Operations Manager

The Site Supervisor role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising all on-site work
- Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Managing day-to-day operations of various trades to adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Interpreting building plans, regulations, codes of practice, labour control, and material deliveries to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents
- Managing a portfolio of 15-20 homes at any given time
- Arranging supplies of materials and equipment, verifying delivery
- Completing quality assurance inspections
- Monitoring and controlling expenditure
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Minimum 2 years of experience working within the construction industry (volume builder experience is essential)
Comparable volume building supervisory experience along with a tertiary qualification in building and construction or similar discipline (ideal)
A customer focus, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills; and a positive can-do attitude
Vibrant, approachable and positive personality with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
An aptitude for management and leadership and be technically minded
A holder of a White card
