We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant in our Adelaide store.
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our members. You will be the first point of contact for our members and potential customers, and will be responsible for identifying customer needs and offering best solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality conversations to identify customer needs and offer best solutions.
- Be the first point of contact for our members and potential customers.
- Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.
- Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA's extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- A great attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A history of providing high-quality customer service in a retail or sales environment.
- A demonstrated track record of reaching sales targets and achieving business objectives.
- Outstanding attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of computer skills and knowledge.
