Lead employee relations across a multi-site workforce.

Enjoy flexibility: 3 days in our office and 2 days from home.

This role is ideal for HR or legal professionals with experience managing multi-site locations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading employee relations: Solve complex challenges and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Providing expert guidance: Support leaders through enterprise agreement interpretations, policy compliance, and dispute resolution.
  • Coaching managers: Foster high-performing teams and promote accountability.
  • Driving cultural excellence: Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Optimising workforce planning: Help leaders build and retain talent while achieving resource efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, ER, or a legal role.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cases and workplace investigations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation and modern awards.
  • Experience working in industries with geographically dispersed workforces.
  • Strong coaching and influencing skills.
  • A passion for building inclusive cultures.
