About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Performance Specialist. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales performance;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives and drive revenue growth;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams;
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to inform sales strategy and decision-making;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously develop and improve sales processes and strategies;
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You should also have a proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with experience in sales strategy development and execution.
