We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced State Manager to join our dynamic team at Doctors and Co in New South Wales. As a State Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability and growth across our multiple clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve profit targets and exceed patient expectations.
- Culture and Collaboration: Cultivate a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement, where every team member feels valued and supported in their professional development journey.
- Market Analysis and Decision Making: Review market trends and patient insights to inform decision making and optimize business operations for maximum profitability.
- Business Growth and Expansion: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement best practices and processes to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
- Challenge Management: Collaborate with staff and doctors to manage clinic challenges and recognize achievements.
- Leadership Experience: Exceptional leadership and motivational skills to inspire and empower office managers to deliver exceptional performance in managing clinics.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic business decisions.
- State Manager Experience: Prior State Manager experience of minimum 3-5 years.
- Medical Field Experience: Prior experience in the medical and health field is highly preferred.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships.
- Advocacy: An advocate for safety, compassion, and active listening in the workplace.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Ability to Commute/Relocate: Bankstown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
