About the Role

The Sydney Head of Investment is a senior leadership position responsible for leading a high-performing team in delivering exceptional investment strategies and media buying solutions for clients. As a key member of the Wavemaker team, you will be instrumental in shaping the agency's investment offering and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of investment professionals in developing and executing strategic investment plans for clients.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, publishers, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in investment strategies.
  • Manage and optimize client media spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.
  • Contribute to the development of the agency's investment offering and strategy.

  • Proven track record of success in investment and media buying roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of media buying and investment strategies.
