Job Title: Head of Operations Sydney, Australia

Reach Robotics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations to lead our manufacturing and supply chain operations in Sydney, Australia.

Job Summary:

The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain management, production, and manufacturing operations. This includes developing processes, managing people, and driving efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement processes to simplify complex technology suites and meet sales demand.
  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate contractual terms and establish systems to meet complex customer requirements.
  • Oversee office and facility management, including health and safety practices and ISO quality management requirements.
  • Contribute to an aligned approach across all business functions and ensure a smooth transition from design to manufacture to delivery.
Requirements:
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Experience in precision assembly and complex design production.
  • Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of export control and health and safety regulations.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
