Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and securing face-to-face meetings with our customer team BDMs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact businesses and private individuals to promote our products and services
  • Explain our offerings to potential customers and deliver a scripted sales pitch
  • Handle customer questions and obtain customer information
  • Record customer details and schedule appointments for sales staff
  • Work with our marketing team to develop nurture stream content
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SDR, sales, or customer support (ICT experience preferred)
  • Successful track record of prospecting and building rapport with customers
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work independently
