Lifestyle Program Manager

Develop, plan and implement lifestyle activities that promote residents' social, psychological, recreational cultural and spiritual wellbeing.

  • Encourage resident choice and participation in individual and group activities
  • Conduct assessments to understand each resident's preferences and needs
  • Plan innovative events and lifestyle programs for residents, involving the community, volunteers and family members when possible
  • Lead a team providing coaching, supervision and guidance

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or similar qualification
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Effective coaching and training skills
  • Ability to establish professional relationships with residents and their families
  • Commitment to respecting residents' values, customs, preferences and spiritual beliefs
