We are seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to lead our front of house team.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  1. Report directly to the Licensee and General Manager
  2. Ensure smooth workflow of both front and back of house
  3. Supervise, train, and direct staff for great customer experience
  4. Work with licensee & senior management group to drive revenue and manage costs
  5. Manage stock control, cellar, and beer lines
  6. Ensure compliance with licencing and gaming laws & regulations
  7. Operate gaming and wagering, including TAB & Keno on premises
  8. Manage opening and closing procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year' experience in a Venue Manager role
  • Current NSW RSA and RCG certificates
  • TAB & AML certificates
  • Experience with POS systems, stock control, rostering & people management
  • Solid understanding of financials, business expenses, labour costs, liquor gross profits
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Genuine passion for the industry, patrons & the people that work within it
