About our Front-of-House Team Leader Role:

At our popular pub in Surry Hills, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our front-of-house team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and product quality that aligns with our brand standards.

  • Ensure seamless delivery of our unique customer experiences.

  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve high levels of performance and productivity.
  • Analyse guest reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in managing teams within the hospitality industry. You should have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to establish positive relationships within the local community.
