Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to maximize store appearance and drive sales.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and control expenses to ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements
  • Proven retail management experience with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
