Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hospitality Staff member.

This role is responsible for creating a clean, comfortable, and homely environment for residents by maintaining all facility areas to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

  • Maintain all facility areas to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing clothing and linen.
  • Complete and maintain accurate cleaning and laundry records, including cleaning schedules and equipment maintenance checks.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning agents and laundry chemicals in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Assist with the ordering and stocking of cleaning, laundry, and household supplies as required.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. You should also have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

In addition, you should have basic knowledge of laundry procedures and practices, and be able to operate relevant equipment safely and efficiently.
