Experienced culinary professional sought to lead a high-end kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will oversee food quality, presentation and service excellence across multiple shifts.

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and expertise;
  • Train junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge in cooking techniques and presentation;
  • Supervise and manage a large kitchen brigade with up to eight staff members;
  • Adapt to changing conditions and drive innovation within the kitchen team;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing high-end kitchens;
  • A proven track record of training and mentoring junior staff members;
  • Previous experience supervising/managing large kitchen brigades with up to eight staff members;
  • Thorough knowledge of workplace health and safety practices;
  • Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent;
  • Well-developed communication and time management skills;
  • A high standard of personal presentation and grooming.
