About the Role
As a key member of our team at Mindshare, you will play a vital part in driving the growth and success of our clients. This exciting opportunity is for a Marketplace Associate Director to join our dynamic team and lead the investment team in delivering Purple standard implementation and trading practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective media planning and buying strategies to achieve client objectives.
- Collaborate with client teams across all disciplines to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client needs.
- Promote the Mindshare values of empathy, energy, and impact while maintaining a proactive approach to workloads.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with media owners to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings.
- Ensure efficient and accurate administrative support to the broader Investment team.
- Develop and implement a strong understanding of client needs and market trends to deliver market-leading campaign implementation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to GroupM SOX Compliance and auditing processes.
- Ensure financial procedural adherence across all touchpoints, including pro-formas, MBA's, bookings, and loadings.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in media agencies or the broader media industry, with a focus on TV buying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong commitment to creating a positive and motivating team culture, with a proactive approach to workloads.
- Ability to work collaboratively with client teams and media owners to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, product offerings, and market conditions.
